What we collect

When you place an order or ask for a quote: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or delivery address, guest count if you tell us, and any notes you write. We keep the items you reserved and what you were charged.

When you sign the rental agreement: the name you typed, the time you signed, and the IP address you signed from. That is what makes the agreement enforceable for both of us.

When you pay: nothing. Your card details go straight from your browser to Stripe and never touch our servers. We are told the amount, whether it succeeded, and the last four digits — nothing that could be used to charge a card.

While you browse: two cookies, both functional. One remembers your event date so we can show what is free; the other holds your cart. Neither identifies you, and neither is used for advertising.

We run no analytics and no tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third-party script following you between sites. Our host keeps standard server logs of requests, as every web host does.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make the site work, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes payments and receives your card details and email address directly. They are the payment processor of record.
• Resend sends your receipts and order emails, and so receives your name and email address.
• Neon hosts the database your order is stored in, and Vercel hosts the site itself.
• OpenStreetMap is used to measure the driving distance to a delivery address so we can price delivery honestly. The address text is sent to their public geocoding service; your name and order are not.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not give it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Orders and their signed agreements are kept for seven years, because they are business and tax records. Quotes that never became orders, and checkouts that were abandoned, are kept for two years and then removed. Cookies expire on their own; clearing your browser data removes them immediately.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where we have to keep a record for tax or a dispute. Call (208) 791-7995 or email us and a person will deal with it.

The link in your order email shows your order and nothing else. Treat it like a receipt: anyone who has the link can see that order, so do not post it publicly. Tell us and we will issue a new one if you need it.

Children

This is not a service for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will change this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something new without saying so.
